Slightly Different Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 large egg
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tomato (fresh or canned), seeded and chopped fine
1 medium onion, finely grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Turn into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand 20 minutes, then drain liquid from pan.
Serves 4 to 6.
