Tomato Loaf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato soup
    2 1/4 Tbsp. plain gelatin
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped olives
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin
    in
    cold water.
    Heat soup to boiling point and add cheese.
    Add gelatin and beat until smooth.
    Set aside to cool.
    Add vegetables, nuts and mayo.
    Pour into loaf tin and when firm, slice and serve on lettuce.
    Can be made in small cupcake tins and unmold one on a lettuce leaf.
