Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tortellini
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    3/4 c. olive oil
    4 to 6 cloves garlic, mashed
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 chopped scallions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil tortellini for only
    5 minutes.
    Cool under cold water and drain.
    Mix tortellini with all ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Remove garlic cloves before serving.
