Roasted Lemon And Soy Sauce Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. whole chicken
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, snipped or 2 tsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and white pepper.
    Inject mixture into breast, thighs and other meaty parts, using baster with a needle end.
