Aunt Jane'S Jelly Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    jelly (your favorite variety)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Add
    flour,
    1/2\tcup
    at a time; mix.
    Roll into balls and place
    on greased cookie sheet.
    Make an indentation in each cookie. Fill with jelly.
    Bake about 8 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until edges turn slightly golden.
