Simple No Boil Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Put in bowl and mix.
Add 1/2 cup boiling water.
Beat on high speed in electric beater until thick and add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stays soft, but firm.
