Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. green or red peppers, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 lb. crabmeat, picked and cleaned
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except crab in a medium bowl.
    When very well blended, carefully fold in crabmeat, without breaking up large chunks.
    Mold into cakes.
    If desired, dip cakes in another egg and dredge through bread crumbs.
    Brown in hot skillet with butter until heated through.
    Serves 4.
