Mr. Kenney'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    1 onion
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. oil (olive or vegetable)
    1 Tbsp. ginger powder
    1/2 c. wine or red or white vinegar
    1/2 onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place boneless breasts in cooking dish with vegetables. Combine last 7 ingredients in blender and pour over vegetables. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 300\u00b0.
