Gourmet Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    4 medium mushrooms, sliced or 1 can
    1/2 c. Burgundy
    5 oz. tomato puree/paste
    5 oz. water
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    10 oz. cheese, grated
    8 oz. noodles
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Stir in next 8 ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Cook
    and drain noodles.
    Beat together cream cheese, sour cream and onion and add to noodles. Pour one cup of meat sauce into a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover with a layer of noodles.
    Sprinkle with a layer of cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce, then cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
