Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ (may be omitted)
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar (or half honey may be used)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) box bran flakes
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add buttermilk and oil.
    Stir in flour.
    Add soda, sugar and salt.
    Add bran flakes.
    Stir.
    Put into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
    Keep unused batter in refrigerator and use when needed.
    A half batch may be made.
