Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bring water, margarine and salt to a boil.
    Reduce heat; add flour.
    Stir over heat until dough leaves the pan at the sides.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Great stuffed with chicken or tuna salad.
    Also for dessert pastries.
