Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    celery and carrots, chopped to taste
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes, onions, celery and carrots until tender. Heat the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and margarine in the microwave. Beat until smooth. Put all ingredients in a crock-pot. Add 2 cups milk and salt and pepper to taste.
