Whole Wheat Peanut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. chopped peanuts
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    In
    large
    bowl stir well flour, peanuts, sugar, baking powder and
    salt;\tset
    aside.
    With
    whisk or fork beat milk, peanut butter
    and
    egg
    until
    well
    blended.
    Add
    to
    flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
    Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan in preheated
    350\u00b0
    oven
    60
    to 65 minutes or until pick inserted in center
    comes
    out clean.\tCool in pan on rack 10 minutes. Remove
    from
    pan; cool completely on rack.
    Makes 1 loaf.
