My Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. oatmeal flakes
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can tomato sauce or tomato soup (depending on the thickness you like for a topping sauce)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Pat mixture into a loaf shape and put in a baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    About 10 to 15 minutes before serving, baste meat loaf with pan drippings while still in pan.
    Pour the tomato sauce and soup over the meat loaf and let cook remaining time.
    Makes about 10 servings.
