Rib Roast Of Lamb With Herb Dijon Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 lb.) lamb rib roasts (about 18 ribs)
    2 cloves garlic, halved and divided
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Rub rib roast with cut side of 2 halves of garlic.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Place fat side up in large shallow roasting pan. Roast 30 minutes.
