Virginia Bethea'S Danish Cinnamon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla or favorite flavor
    cinnamon
    sugar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cream egg and sugar well; add flour and vanilla and blend in. With hands, work in the butter until dough slips in fingers.
    Form ball; roll out and cut with any shape cookie cutter.
    Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown (don't overbake).
    (Dough may be formed into ball and chilled a day or 2 before shaping and baking.)
