Fresh Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; cook until smooth and thick. Cool.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy and add cooked mixture. Chill.
Serve with thinly sliced apples which have been soaked in lemon juice or sprinkled with Fruit-Fresh.
Yields 2 1/2 cups.
