Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. scalded milk
4 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
1/2 c. warm water
4 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water
flour
20 c. (5 lb.) all-purpose flour (I use bread flour)
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir together to distribute\tevenly.
Put in airtight
container.
May
be stored up to 6 to 8 months.
Makes about 22
cups\tof Hot Roll Mix.
