Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. raw apples, chopped
3 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs and oil together until light yellow.
Add sugar and beat.
Add dry ingredients and beat good.
Stir in vanilla, nuts and apples.
Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or longer.
