Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter or margarine
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb)
Preparation

Cook broccoli for 5 to 10 minutes until tender; drain.
Place in 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Mix together mayonnaise, egg, onion, soup and cheese.
Pour this on top of broccoli.
Melt butter and stir in stuffing.
Put on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
