Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 shallots or 2 scallions
    2 Tbsp. half and half
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Heat butter and oil together in 10-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Saute the mushrooms and shallots over medium-low heat, until soft and lightly golden, 5 to 10 minutes.
