Sunshine Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage (1 lb. or small head)
3 medium carrots, shredded
1/4 c. mayonnaise, salad dressing or salad oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar or leftover pickle juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix cabbage and carrots together.
Cover and chill.
Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over cabbage and carrots.
Mix well.
Chill well in refrigerator.
Makes 8 servings, about 75 calories per serving.
