Fried Dandelions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    2 c. flour or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Pick 20 fully bloomed dandelions, soak them for about 20 minutes in warm water and 2 tablespoons salt.
    Water should just cover blooms.
    Mix first 4 ingredients well.
    Dip the dandelions in mixture, then roll in flour or crumbs.
    Fry at medium heat until crisp and golden brown.
    Serve warm.
