Hot Beef Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 celery stalks, diced
    3 onions, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 qt. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 slices dry bread (grind)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, celery, onions and green pepper in skillet; drain.
    Return to skillet.
    Add tomato juice and salt and pepper to taste.
    Grind dry bread and add to mixture in skillet.
    Mix well.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour.
    Serve on hot rolls.
