Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/3 c. oleo
    1 egg
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Melt oleo on foil-lined cookie sheet.
    Beat egg and add milk. Dip chicken in milk mixture, roll in flour mixture.
    Place on cookie sheet, skin side down, on oleo.
    Bake 30 minutes, turn pieces and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer in 375\u00b0 oven.
