Roasted Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole garlic bulbs
    olive oil
    salt
    pepper
    French bread
Preparation
    Peel off outer layers of skin from whole garlic bulbs.
    Leave bulb intact and cloves unpeeled.
    Place bulbs in baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fill pan with water until bulbs are half covered.
    Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour. Break cloves off bulb and squeeze pulp onto bread.
