Chicken Pasta Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts, cutlets pounded to 1/4-inch
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. light cream or evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. half and half
    1/2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. fettucine or noodles, cooked
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    dash of white pepper
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Dredge cutlets in flour, lightly coating both sides.
    In 10-inch nonstick skillet, combine margarine and salt; heat until margarine is melted.
    Add chicken; cook over medium heat until lightly browned.
    Transfer chicken to plate; set aside.
