Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped and peeled apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake in oblong pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
May be topped with whipping cream.
This cake keeps excellent for several days.
