Whipped Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. soft cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 container nondairy whipped topping
1 c. milk
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 tsp. allspice
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar, whipped topping and 1 tablespoon of milk together.
Spread on bottom of pie crust.
Pour 1 cup of milk and 2 packages of pudding mix into bowl.
Stir until blended.
Add pumpkin and spices.
Blend again.
Spread on top of cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Add topping. Dab when you serve. Serves 8.
