Tuna Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in a blender.
    Form log and chill. Roll log in mixture of pecans and parsley.
