Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. lean pork sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry sausage until crumbly and then drain it.
    Combine all ingredients and put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10. Ham or bacon can be used instead of sausage.
