Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover with 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs and 1 additional stick of melted margarine.
    Cook 15 minutes more after spreading margarine over cracker crumbs.
