Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice or ReaLemon
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat 4 eggs in mixer.
    Add sugar, cottage cheese and cream cheese; beat on high speed.
    Add vanilla, lemon juice, flour, cornstarch, butter and sour cream.
    Beat on medium speed until well blended.
    Pour into buttered spring-form pan (no flour). Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until edge browns slightly.
    Shut oven off and leave in oven 1 hour.
