Cheese-Cucumber Souffle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime or lemon jello
    1 pkg. hot water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. finely chopped cucumber
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add cold water, vinegar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Blend well.
    Chill until almost firm.
    Add cottage cheese, cucumber and onion.
    Pour into mold.
