White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    7 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation
    Heat milk to scalding.
    Pour into large bowl; add sugar, butter and salt.
    Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
    Set aside to cool to 130\u00b0.
