Sloop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chopped meat
2 c. carrots, sliced
2 c. celery, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic or powder to taste
1 large can stewed tomatoes, drained
3 pkg. brown gravy
3 Tbsp. sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Brown and drain chopped meat.
Combine carrots, celery, onion and garlic.
Add packages for brown gravy.
Simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
The last 15 to 20 minutes, add sour cream.
Stir to creamy mixture.
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
