Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 bell green pepper, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 whole garlic bulb, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle tomato ketchup
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 bottle chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 sticks butter or margarine
1/4 lb. sharp cheese
1 can Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and garlic in frying pan until done.
When brown, add a glass of water.
Brown celery, pepper, garlic and onions in frying pan with butter and some oil to keep from burning.
Add meat; using large pot, add the season in the mixture, also 1/4 pound cheese.
If dry, add more tomato sauce and water, if needed. Cook slowly for 2 to 3 hours.
