Bannocks(Breakfast Quick Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a baking sheet.
    Put oats, flour and salt into a mixing bowl and stir with a fork to blend.
    Cut in margarine and cinnamon.
    Rub mix together until coarse bits form. Stir in the water and mix.
    Gather the dough and place on lightly floured board.
    Knead about 6 times.
    Divide the dough in half and pat each half into a circle about 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut each circle into pie shaped wedges.
    Place wedges on greased cookie sheet 1/2-inch apart.
    Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly colored.
