Aunt Daisy'S Marmalade-Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. marmalade
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    pinch of salt
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat together marmalade, shortening and eggs.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and then the flavorings and raisins.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
