Mushroom Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms or 8 oz. can
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until lightly browned.
    Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes.
    Stir in and cook gently the thyme, salt, flour, sour cream and black pepper.
