Creamy-Crunchy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 can water (use soup can)
    1 box Escort crackers
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Boil chicken in a small amount of water for 20 minutes.
    Cool and remove chicken from bone (do not use skin).
    In a bowl mix chicken, soups, sliced water chestnuts, water and sour cream.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Crumble 1/2 box Escort crackers on bottom of a greased casserole dish; then place chicken mixture on crumbs. Crumble rest of Escort crackers on top of mixture.
    Melt stick of oleo and pour over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
