Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. corned beef slices
    12 oz. Swiss cheese slices
    1 box rye Melba toast, crumbled
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, onion, mustard and sauerkraut.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan:
    sauerkraut mixture, corned beef, Swiss cheese and crumbled rye Melba toast.
    Pour butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
