Vegetable Cheese Cazuela(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) bottle mild taco sauce
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    8 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
    2 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine tomato sauce, taco sauce, taco seasoning and water.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    In small bowl, combine sour cream and cottage cheese.
