Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large unpeeled potatoes, sliced thin
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onions in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix butter, flour and milk together.
    Cook over low heat until thickened.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over potatoes and onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done.
    Can add leftover such as diced ham, smoked sausage, whole kernel corn, green peas or cooked carrots.
