6 Week Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 c. melted shortening
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix in order as given.
    Use a large mixing bowl.
    Bake in muffin pans 2/3 full 15 to 20 minutes.
    This dough will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
    Use as needed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
