Party Pink Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 211) cans crushed pineapple
24 large marshmallows
1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Drain
pineapple.
Combine
the juice, marshmallows and Jell-O and allow
to
dissolve
over low heat.
Add pineapple, cottage cheese and\tnuts. Whip the cream with sugar, then fold with Jell-O mixture.
