Greater Tater Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, cubed, boiled and drained
    6 pats margarine
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. bacon bits
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer the ingredients in a baking dish in order given.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
