Zucchini Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 extra large ripe bananas, peeled
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. regular wheat germ
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. softened butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Slice bananas into blender.
    Whirl until pureed.
    Combine flours, wheat germ, sesame seed, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg and vanilla.
    Beat in bananas until smooth.
    Add flour mixture until well blended.
    Stir in zucchini and add raisins.
    Turn into well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven 55 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to complete cooling.
    Yields 1 loaf.
