Golden Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. sliced carrots
1 large diced onion
2 qt. chicken broth
1 to 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower or just broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation

Cook potatoes, carrots and onion in 2 quarts of chicken broth until tender.
Add broccoli-cauliflower and soup.
Cook about 5 minutes.
