Sue Tysor'S Blender Sweet Potato Or Fresh Pumpkin Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked sweet potatoes or pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar (approximately)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in electric blender in order given.
    Be sure to drain potatoes or pumpkin well.
    Blend on high until creamy like a milk shake.
    Fills one uncooked deep dish pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Bake 35 minutes longer at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Tastes best when served cold.
